ApacheCon NA 2011: conference programme announced
The Apache Software Foundation (ASF) has published the programme for this year's ApacheCon North America. ApacheCon NA 2011, the official user conference of the Apache Software Foundation, will take place from 7 to 11 November in Vancouver, Canada.
The theme for this year's conference is "Open Source Enterprise Solutions, Cloud Computing, and Community Leadership". Presenters will include noted members of the Apache community, as well as representatives from Adobe, Cloudera, Hippo, IBM, LinkedIn, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Nokia, Red Hat, SpringSource/VMWare, Talend, Yahoo and more.
Further information about the ApacheCon NA event can be found on the foundation's conference web site, including a list of attendees. Registration is open to anyone; ASF affiliation is not required. A full three-day pass for the conference is currently priced at $1,224, which includes an early bird discount – early registration incentives end on 2 September.
